- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool on a towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Roll noodles with filling and place seam-side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
