  • 1 pound Shrimp Fresh or frozen, thawed.
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Can substitute with scallops or omit for vegetarian.
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be a lighter alternative.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh is recommended.

For the Topping
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Can substitute with provolone or gouda.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino can be used as a replacement.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnish, optional.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool on a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Roll noodles with filling and place seam-side down.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
