- Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Take a cooled noodle, place about ¼ cup of filling at one end, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
