Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Take a cooled noodle, place about ¼ cup of filling at one end, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
