Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess grease.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in cooked sausage, drained tomatoes, cheddar, and mozzarella.
  5. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle additional cheddar on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
