  4. Heat olive oil and sauté zucchini slices for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. In a baking dish, layer marinara, zucchini, ricotta, and mozzarella repeatedly, finishing with marinara and mozzarella.
  6. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
