Preparation Steps
  1. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Grill chicken in the reserved bacon fat for 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and herbs in a bowl. Season to taste.
  5. Toast sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with mayo on each toasted slice, followed by lettuce, tomato, chicken, and bacon.
