Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  2. Combine chopped chicken breasts and diced vegetables in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle dried oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
  3. Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly in a single layer.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and veggies are tender.
  5. Once baked, remove from oven. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley on top. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
