Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat, then add diced onion. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ground ginger, cooking for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, stirring well. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until tender yet still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour over beef and cabbage. Stir for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, and serve.
