Cooking Instructions

  2. Prepare the Steak Bites: Pat the steak dry and season generously. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, searing for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce: Remove steak, add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and reserved pasta water.
  4. Combine Everything: Return steak and tortellini to skillet. Toss to coat, adding more pasta water for consistency. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
