Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Mango Tea
- Begin by bringing 4 cups of fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil in a medium-sized pot over high heat. Once boiling, carefully pour the water into a teapot to allow for steeping the tea.
- Add 2-3 tea bags (black or green) to the hot water in the teapot. Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired strength. Remove the tea bags once it’s a rich amber hue.
- While the tea cools, take 1 ripe mango and 2 fresh peaches, then cut them into chunks. Blend the fruit in a blender with ½ cup of water until smooth, and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- Combine the cooled tea with the freshly strained fruit juice in a large pitcher. Add sugar or your preferred sweetener to taste, adjusting to your liking.
- Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, then pour the Peach Mango Tea over the ice, adding fresh mint leaves as a garnish.
