Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Tear white bread and pour whole milk over it, allowing it to soak for 2-3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine soaked bread, ground beef, eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and shape into a loaf, about 8-10 inches long.
- Lay bacon strips over the meatloaf and drizzle with one-third of the reserved glaze.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Spread another third of the glaze on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
