  • 1 tsp Salt Critical seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Critical seasoning.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Tear white bread and pour whole milk over it, allowing it to soak for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine soaked bread, ground beef, eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and shape into a loaf, about 8-10 inches long.
  6. Lay bacon strips over the meatloaf and drizzle with one-third of the reserved glaze.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Spread another third of the glaze on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
