  1. In a large mixing bowl, add plain yogurt and water. Sprinkle in baking powder and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Gradually sift in all-purpose flour and salt into the yogurt mixture, along with vegetable oil. Mix until cohesive.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, divide into 10 portions, and cover with a damp cloth.
  4. Roll each portion into a disc about 6-8 inches in diameter.
