Preparation Steps
  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.

  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
