Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by briefly freezing the small crabs for about 15 minutes, then clean the seafood.
  2. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sweet corn, crabs, mussels, shrimp, and lemon wedges; cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Check the baby potatoes for tenderness and cook longer if needed.
  5. In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
