  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with mozzarella
For Flavoring
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Can use fresh garlic for stronger aroma
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste
  • 1 dash Pepper Opt for black or red pepper flakes
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Chives Green onions make a great substitute
For Cooking
  • 1 spray Oil Cooking Spray Olive oil or coconut oil can be used

Preparation Steps
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, twist off the stems to create hollow spaces, and pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture and top with cheddar cheese and chopped chives.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes, spraying the basket with oil beforehand.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
  6. Remove from air fryer, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
