  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can be used if fresh is not available
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (minced) plus more for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet, then sear chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Sauté onion in melted butter until translucent, then add minced garlic.
  4. Add rice to skillet, toast for 1 minute while stirring.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
  6. Nestle chicken thighs in rice mixture, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
