  • 600 grams Sausages Choose high-quality pork sausages for optimal taste

  • 1 Onion Halved and sliced, shallots or leeks can be substituted
  • 1 Carrot Peeled and sliced on the diagonal, can be replaced with bell peppers
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas Any frozen vegetable mix can be used as a replacement

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Carefully add your sausages to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the flour to the skillet and mix it in for about 30 seconds.
  6. Gradually pour in the chicken stock while stirring continuously.
  7. Stir in the sliced carrot, sugar, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
  8. Return the browned sausages and frozen peas to the skillet, simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
  9. Serve your savory Curried Sausages piping hot over fluffy mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
