- In a large skillet, sear 1 pound of lean ground beef over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper while breaking up the meat.
- Stir in 1 cup of coarsely chopped pepperoni along with 1 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano.
- Pour in 1 cup of crushed tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste into the meat mixture and allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Lay out your wraps and spoon about 3-4 tablespoons of the cooled filling onto the center of each wrap, topping with ½ cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese.
