  • 1 cup Shrimp cooked

  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for greasing
For Garnish
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened and translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in white wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Fold in cooked lobster and shrimp, heating through for about 3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  8. Layer three cooked lasagna noodles, then seafood mixture, followed by ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.
  9. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of seafood and remaining cheeses.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
