Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sprinkle 1 ½ teaspoons of powdered gelatin over ½ cup of warm water in a small saucepan. Let sit for about 3 minutes.
  2. Gently heat the saucepan over low heat while stirring until fully dissolved, around 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir in ¼ cup of sugar until melted, then add 1 ¼ cups of mango purée, ¾ cup of cream, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins or serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  5. Remove from refrigerator, lightly grease ramekins if desired, and serve chilled, garnished with fresh mango.
