- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until coated.
- Layer halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker and drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil over them. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
- Place the seasoned beef on top of the potatoes and drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is tender and the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
