Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water.
  2. Rinse the black beans and corn under cool water in a colander.
  3. Dice the bell pepper, chop the red onion, and slice the cherry tomatoes. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the cooled pasta, beans, corn, vegetables, cilantro, and chicken to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle the chipotle ranch dressing over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
