- Prepare the Steak: Let the premium steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
- Roast the Garlic: Slice the garlic bulb in half, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast with the steaks.
