Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Hibiscus Iced Tea
  1. In a large pot, bring 5 cups of fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, carefully stir in ½ cup of dried hibiscus flowers, then turn off the heat. Allow the mixture to steep, covered, for 15 minutes.
  3. Position a fine-mesh strainer over a pitcher and carefully pour the hibiscus mixture through it.
  4. Mix in 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries and 10 fresh mint leaves into the strained hibiscus tea.
