- Wash and slice 2 ripe peaches and 1 cup of strawberries, then place in a medium pot with 2 cups of purified water, juice of 1 lemon, and ¾ cup of cane sugar.
- Set the pot over medium heat and bring to a low boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool before straining out the fruit solids into a sealable container.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour 2 oz of syrup over the ice, and top off with 6 oz of sparkling water.
