Preparation Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter. Allow it to melt completely for about 2 minutes until bubbly.
- Once the butter is bubbling, stir in the honey, mixing well for about 30 seconds.
- Add the frozen corn directly into the skillet and stir thoroughly to coat with the honey-butter mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and introduce the cream cheese into the skillet. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting with optional spices if desired. Stir well.
- Remove from heat and transfer the Honey Butter Skillet Corn to a serving dish. Serve warm.
