  2. Prepare the pineapple by slicing into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and then the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Add the prepared pineapple to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
