  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated
For the Pineapple
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Diced

  • Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • Salt To taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in diced fresh pineapple and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stir to coat evenly.
  7. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Stir in chopped green onions off heat for freshness.
  9. Serve immediately over jasmine rice, in tacos, or alongside a salad.
