Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork until it resembles uniform chunks.
  2. Add the halved Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, finely diced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley and dill to the bowl with the tuna. Gently mix.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the tuna mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
