Salmon Ingredients
  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets Fillets should be about 6 oz each for best results.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together all glaze ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the tops and sides of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove the salmon and brush with the remaining glaze mixture.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  8. Let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
