Once the syrup is clear and glossy, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour in 2 cups of mango purée and add 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Use a whisk to thoroughly blend the two, creating a vibrant, smooth mixture.
  3. Slowly pour the cooled simple syrup into the pitcher with the mango and lemon mixture. Stir gently to combine everything well, allowing the sweet and tart flavors to meld together beautifully.
